Multifunctional House - project planning and management of construction

This master´s thesis deals with project planning and management of construction of multifunctional building. The main part of thesis are budget of object and schedules of work, which contain realization of reinforced concrete structure and other related works. Another part of thesis deals with the technical regulations about the implementation of horizontal and vertical parts of reinforced concrete structure and from finishing works about realization of inside plasters. Following this part there is design and schedule of using of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation, design of site equipment, quality assurance of works performed, safety of work and minimization of environmental impact. The thesis contains also proposal of contract of work. This work does not deal with substructure of multifunctional building, because this is solved in bachelor thesis.

Positive and negative impact of biomass combustion on environmental

It presents fundamental problems of process of combustion biomass as well as significant influence of its production to environment. First part of thesis is dedicated to the definition of biomass, division and impact of biomass as fuel to environment. Second part deals with process of combustion and with related pollution.

Influence of the municipal waste dump on the environment

This bachelor thesis deals with the potential influence of the waste dump on the environment, particularly on the water quality close to waste dump. The experimental part is focused on the identification of organic compounds in samples of water from monitoring wells and in samples of surface water from stream and pond. Solid phase microextraction (SPME) was employed for the isolation of organic compounds and gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection (GC/MS) was used for their analysis. Obtained results were evaluated and their interpretation was done.

Master´s thesis deals with constructive-technological project of apartment house in Kamenná street in Brno-Štýřice. The aim of this work is the solution with the view to the financial, time, technical and technological requierements. The thesis includes technical report of constructive-technological project, technological instructions with inspectional and test plans, machinery configuration, safety plan, construction impact on enviroment, technical report of construction site with plans. The part of the thesis is also schedule of the construction, budget, time and financial plan of the construction.

Golfová hřiště v kontextu posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí

The work is divided into three separate parts, each of which has its own tissues. The first part is devoted to the process of environmental impact assessment in general. It explains the purpose, principle and course of the process, and also describes the legislative framework that controles this process. The second part is dedicated to golf itself and the use and typology of the landscape. Here are explained the basic concepts and characteristics of the golf game, its history and the description golf courses according to the use of areas according to the cadastre. We can also find the classification of the Czech landscape and the typology of golf courses divided according to various aspects. The third, analytical part, which is at the same time the key part of this work, is devoted to the assessment of the use of golf courses in the Czech Republic and to the study of the EIA. The first chapter deals with the case study, comparison and evaluation of the information obtained concerning two selected golf courses and assessment of their impact on the environment. The second chapter deals with golf courses, their records and assessments within the EIA legislative process. The object of the work was to create a comprehensive golf course map, based on the map and the register, with a short description of the characteristics of each golf course, and to create the database of golf courses from the EIA information system. It also includes analysis and assessment of the impact of golf courses on the environment.

Fossil energy sources: prospects and environmental impacts

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to describe the system of fossil fuels as non-renewable energy sources, their overall supply in the World, predictions to the future, and namely their impact on the environment. The work is a literature review, with graphic and map examples. The work focused mainly on sources of petroleum, coal, and natural gas, their total supply, and the time before depletion. From environmental aspects, the work deals with the impact of these energy sources on ecosystems. Problems and risks of the survey, extraction, and transport of fuels are mentioned, and solutions for the future, with regard to environmental protection, discussed. Utilization of biofuels in transport

This bachelor's work is dealing with the various aspects of utilization of liquid biofuels in the road transport. These aspects are physicochemical, technical, economic, social and environmental. In the first part of the work, there are definitions of bioethanol and biodiesel at the beginning, which are the most frequently used in the category of liquid biofuels. Properties of both biofuels and production processes are also included. Combustion of biofuels has a significant impact on human health, among others. So, the chapter dealing with the emissions from combustion of bioethanol or biodiesel and health effects of these emissions is following. The second part of the work aims to map a current situation in the field of biofuels in selected countries. These countries are the United States of America, Federative Republic of Brazil and People's Republic of China. Analysis of each country is divided into several topics - production of bioethanol/biodiesel, government programs to support the development of biofuels and possible future perspectives of developments in the fields of biofuels.
